Hellmann appoints new chief of commercial

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed Patrick Oestreich as its chief commercial officer (CCO), succeeding Jens Möller who took over the position on an interim basis in August of last year.
As CCO and member of the executive board, Oestreich will be responsible for the global sales leadership team, which manages the worldwide sales activities of all product areas. He takes over the role on April 1.
Oestreich has 20 years of international sales experience in the logistics industry and has worked for Deutsche Post/DHL/Danzas, UTi Germany and held various management positions in the Europe, Middle East & Africa region at Schenker from 2007 to 2018, most recently serving as senior vice president road brokerage and land transport in Europe.
For the last two and a half years, Oestreich has been responsible for strategic sales and account management in Europe as senior vice president at XPO Logistics.
