Leadership Team



Manny Casalinho


An entrepreneur and visionary; co-founder of Choice Aviation Services.  Choice was created to allow Air Carriers another “choice” in the market, to become the preferred “choice” for employees and customers.   A company highly focused on our people, process and customer satisfaction.  Manny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as FAA certifications as a Commercial Pilot and Flight Dispatcher.  During his 30 year career, he has owned his own company; worked for an airline and a Ground  Handling Company.  His key strengths are performance management, customer engagement, and talent identification and acquisition.


Thomas Vellia


Since 1998 Thomas Vellia has owned and operated TGT Transport.  Over the past 30 years, TGT has grown to be one of the largest trucking providers to the air cargo industry.  By listening and responding to airlines ever increasing demand for faster service while balancing cost saving.  TGT has been able to customize our services both EUV and LTL to match each airline’s specific needs.  By investing in equipment, such as rollerbeds, reefers, lowboys, we have been able to achieve our customer’s needs.  Enabling us to further grow our partnerships, by being fully aware of the ever-increasing demands of the air cargo industry. Tom is excited to bring his experience in transportation (trucking) into the air cargo service industry.


Kenix Wang

VP of Cargo Operations

Kenix started his career in cargo operations in 2003. He started from the ground up and his last position was VP of Cargo Operations.  During his positions in cargo handling with several ground handling companies, his involvement in all aspects of the aviation business includes more than just cargo handling. He has excelled in startup planning, development of a building, innovation and technology deployment, optimization planning, operations solutions and customer service. With his 15+ years of Business Management and Technology background along with a drive to improve the handling industry, Kenix joined CHOICE Aviation Services as the VP of Operations and Compliance to provide an alternative solution and “Choice” for our aviation customers.


Robert Limone

VP of Human Resources

A Human Resources professional; VP of Human Resources for Choice Aviation Services.  Robert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Hofstra University.  During his 27 year-career, he has held various Management and Director level roles in both Ground Handling and Security companies, along with Retail Management.  His key strengths are Employee & Labor Relations, Customer Service and Management Training & Development. His drive and determination to workforce development is focused on providing employees an environment where they want to do their best and achieve higher goals.  Robert is excited to join the Choice Aviation Services team and will be an integral part in its growth and success.
