What with the Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine kicking off last Thursday, the somewhat less explosive news that antitrust regulators in five anglophone countries were launching a working group to look at “supply chain collusion” got rather sidelined.
While carriers’ legal teams are facing an unusually busy year, it is worth remembering that a formal investigation has yet to be initiated.
