New flights beginning May include cargo-only services from American’s largest hub in the Midwest, Chicago O’Hare, to London Heathrow Airport and Paris Charles De Gaulle.
From Philadelphia, American will begin cargo-only services to Zurich and Rome Fiumicino Airport.

With the support of our tremendous team, we now offer cargo capacity on 126 international flights per week,” said Tim Isik, director cargo sales – Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The airline said that it has been transporting medical supplies, personal protective equipment and pharmaceuticals, as well as essential goods including manufacturing and automotive equipment, mail, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, and healthcare products.
In total, the airline will offer cargo-only flights to 126 weekly flights to 15 cities in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean.
